Virtual Identification with Life Locker support offers around the clock access to health and medical documentation via a personalized QR code. Never again worry about carrying a file folder of documentation with you.

Virtual Id's are not meant to replace a state issued identification card. In the event of an emergency time is of the essence. A client, staff member, family member or whoever happens to be with the consumer (client/loved one) is often not prepared as emergencies are rarely if ever planned occasions! Hunter's Helpers strives to offer a lifeline for rapid response personnel to utilize.

Virtual Identification Badges can tell a first responder or member of law enforcement the following information at first glance:
Using the badge shown above as our example, we can clearly see the following information:
(1) Clients Name: Hunter Marchand
(2) City of Residence: Cleveland, Ohio
(3) Membership Holders Current Need To Know Medication Information: Medication Dependent, Peanut Allergy, Autistic, Speech Delay, Diabetic, Sensory Integration Disorder.
And if this is not enough information, there is the personalized QR code we call your Life Locker! Virtual Id' Life Lockers are encrypted with a password. Hunters Helpers monitors the Virtual ID's at all times. Life Locker offers a safe place for documentation which can provide lifesaving information to members of law enforcement, medical service providers, mental health direct service providers and or hospital staff in cases of emergency. LIFE LOCKER SERVICES
There are many things that are going to change in the life of special needs individuals as they transition into adulthood. Caregivers, teachers, mental health and medical support professionals may come and go out of a person's life, but the skills that they master are tools to utilize forever.
Life Locker is a digital filing cabinet that all Hunter's Helpers members have access to for the duration of their membership. This filing system can contain up to 20 documents and or images that may prove useful in times of need. With the proper password, members have their cloud-based documents at their fingertips in a moment's notice.
Life Locker offers a safe place for documentation which can provide lifesaving information to members of law enforcement, medical service providers, mental health direct service providers and or hospital staff in cases of emergency.
At Hunter's Helpers, we feel it is better for our members to have access to these documents and not need them, then be in a time of need and have no way of accessing items which may be instrumental in life-or-death situations.
Life Locker documentation could be but is not limited to any of the following:
Current Medications & Dosage Information
Current Diagnosis
Previous Hospitalizations
Drug Allergies
Food Allergies
Guardian Information

When prompted for a password please enter: Forexample2021!
If entered correctly, two documents should appear. Life Locker can hold up to 20 documents of your choosing.
At the end of each calendar month if any client has had their life locker accessed for any reason, the owner of the account will receive an access summary email detailing the dates and times that the Life Locker was utilized.
In this era of cybercrimes and information theft, Hunter's Helpers utilizes Amazon Web Services (AWS) to securely store data (with encryption). When information is not being accessed by members or Hunter's Helpers staff, the at rest data is secured via AES256 encryption. Cloudflare is utilized as a proxy thus providing a secondary layer of information protection including but not limited to DDoS attacks. FIRST TIME USERS...
Steps To Follow:
1) Please complete a separate membership application for each client you wish to receive a virtual identification badge for. Please click HERE for a membership application form.
2) Please email our office at vid@huntershelpersinc.com to submit this application. When submitting the application please include as an attachment a current photo of the applicant in addition the application form.
If you are choosing to also utilize the Life Locker Service, each client can have up to 20 separate documents in their Life Locker. To add a new document simply text Lifelocker to 1(856)545-8924. Caption any document you would like added to your Life Locker with the caption ADD UP, and our agent will attach the documentation to your Lifelocker and respond with a confirmation text message.
3) Please allow up to 72 Hours for processing to occur. We do not process applications on the weekends or during night hours. If we need to ask a question or clarify an application, we will never text, email or call your business with a question, comment and or concern after 9pm or before 9 am.
What Can You Expect After Processing:
Once your application has been processed, your agency will receive a welcome email, with your Virtual Identification attached. This email will bear the clients member ID number for Hunters Helpers. This is also the same ID number that will be used with their Life Locker in future uses.
