VIRTUAL SUPPORT SERVICES

Virtual support overview
Virtual direct support agents cannot and are not intended to replace an in-home DSP staff, but our goal is to assist able bodied clients to maximize their independent living skills. The purpose of agent support is to answer basic questions, offer instructions, and or provide redirection in times of caregiver unavailability.
As clients strive to exert their independence and do more activities on their own, Hunter's Helpers seeks to reduce the stress that clients can often face when their caregivers are unable to provide services. Life happens, and we understand that no one can be in all places at all times. If Hunter's helpers can lend a hand, we thrive when given the opportunity to do so!
All agents have passed a federal background check, are certified as state certified direct service providers and are current in their CPR certifications. While not mandatory, some agents are certified as Mental Health First Responders.
